An assessment done in one of the biggest camps in Lesvos by CEO Noushin Raja has revealed some harrowing details. There are 6,000 refugees living at the camp which only has space for 2,000, half of whom are children.

Mental health support is desperately needed – many young people suffer from self-harm - and conditions are dire. Volunteers are working up to 15 hours a day to support the refugees, but further help is needed.

Moonlight Trust will be investing £5000 into several projects to support the camp, and we appreciate any donations made by our supporters.
