What We Do

Moonlight trust was born out of tragedy, kindness and hope. The charity was founded by Noushin Raja in memory of her brother Amaar, nicknamed ‘Moon’.

Starting out supporting food banks and crisis support in the UK, the charity has now delivered humanitarian projects and supported vulnerable communities in Greece, France, Serbia, Bosnia, Afganistan Bangladesh, Turkey, Pakistan and Middle East, ranging from sponsoring emergency aid in refugee camps across the globe to building shelters for Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh.
