An Story Of Kindness And Dedication
Meet our amazing volunteer! This Palestinian refugee had to move to four different refugee camps following expulsions from Palestine. Brought up in the poorest neighbourhood of Jordan, she worked long hours towards her University fees, stood on her own two feet and landed a job as a project manager for UN WFP in Zataari and the Syrian border.
She is now doing her MSc in Leeds on Global Peace development and its impact on refugee women in the UK and has already helped hundreds of small community development and women empowerment projects.
We are incredibly lucky to have you as a Project Manager to deliver Sewing and crafts employability projects for Palestinian and Syrian Refugee women in the poorest outskirts of Jordan! Moonlight Trust is proud to have great volunteers on board!
